The working principle of the high-efficiency combined special powder separator is:
1. The material to be milled enters the inner shell of the powder separator from the upper hopper, falls on the propeller spreader of the combined powder separator integrated with the rotor, and is sprayed to the surroundings by the high-speed rotation of the spreader. The upward air flow generated by the blade of the spreading disc rises upwards, and material boiling is formed on the propeller blade of the spreading disc. The finer particles in the material float upwards and are suspended and dispersed, while the thicker or heavier materials are dispersed by the blade of the spreading disc and fall along the cylinder wall to complete the first powder selection.
2. A straight-cage rotor is set above the spreading disc. The cage-type rotor rotates with the main shaft to form a vortex, which will disperse the heavy material falling along the cylinder wall again, and the fine powder will rise upward and return to the circulating wind. During the classification, the coarse powder is discharged from the inner cone through the drip device.
3. Easy to operate. The classifier adopts stepless speed regulation by frequency converter. The quality adjustment is convenient, sensitive and reliable, and the adjustment range is wide.
4. The classification efficiency is high. According to the physical and chemical properties of sand and gravel, the range of the classification area and the lifting area is increased, so that the materials are dispersed more thoroughly to ensure the classification efficiency.
The wear-resistant design is maintenance-free. The main components of the sorting machine are: disperser, fine material collector, side wind regulating plate, main wind regulating plate, multi-channel distributor and other main parts. Made of imported wear-resistant steel plates, wear-resistant ceramics and boiler steel, which effectively improves the service life.
