Pulse stand-alone dust collector
The pulse stand-alone dust collector is composed of an ash hopper, an upper case, a middle case, a lower case and the like. The upper, middle and lower cases are divided into compartments. During work, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, and the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the airflow turning upward, and the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper box to the clean air collecting pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The ash cleaning process is to first cut off the clean air outlet air duct of the room, so that the bag of the room is in a state without air flow (the room is stopped to clean the air). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air for pulsed ash cleaning. The closing time of the shut-off valve is sufficient to ensure that the dust peeled from the filter bag after sedimentation is settled in the ash hopper, which prevents the dust from collecting with the airflow after leaving the surface of the filter bag. The phenomenon to the surface of the adjacent filter bag makes the filter bag completely cleaned, and the programmable pulse controller is used to fully control the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve.

4. The upper bag extraction method is adopted. After the skeleton is pulled out during bag replacement, the dirty bag is put into the ash bucket at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the bag changing operation conditions.
5. The box of the pulse stand-alone dust collector adopts air-tight design and good sealing performance. The inspection door is made of excellent sealing materials. The kerosene is used for leak detection during the production process, and the air leakage rate is very low.
